Susanna A (Sanet) Koster achieved a M.SC at the University of Johannesburg.
She was responsible to establish a Change Management methodology (as part of the Business Solutions Group) for Woolworths during the roll-out of the Foods Supply Chain Project during 1997. Woolworths was approached by the Corporate Leadership Council of the USA to participate as one of ten selected change practitioners across the world to compare the content, application thereof as well as the integration of change management in successful projects. The research also focused on the relationship between Human Resources and Change Management during implementation of new initiatives and challenged the most appropriate organization design in this regard.
Sanet was also invited in 2006 as a speaker to share the current change methodology developed at an IRR Change Management Symposium in Johannesburg. The Symposium was conducted and facilitated by Jeanne LaMarsh from Chicago.
In June 2005, Sanet established her own Business Consulting Business, ProjectXChange, focusing mainly on implementation of projects assisting with project and (systemic) change management competence and skills.
Sanet Koster was invited by Infor Runtime, a UK & Netherlands based Technology Company, as a speaker at the International Textiles Fair (2006) in Cologne (Germany) to share the success story of the Quest PDM implementation approach in Woolworths PTY Ltd. This resulted in her being approached by two international companies to represent them in the South African Retail industry.
Project Management is the other competence on offer with an effective understanding of business process as well as systems requirements and procedures. When project management services are required by clients, when involving Sanet a well-integrated systemic change, process and systems approach are automatically on offer as well.
Sanet has also been working for Ernst & Young Management Consulting Services, South African Housing Trust and Johannesburg University during her earlier career. |
